West Oakland Clubhouse

Almanac takes pride in being a family-friendly pillar of the Oakland community for all ages- children are welcome in our taproom, and everywhere in the Prescott campus. Doggo access is restricted to communal areas in the beer garden. Service animals are welcome inside. Note that dogs must be well-behaved and on a leash at all times and kids must have adult supervision at all times. 

While the clubhouse itself may be on the small and cozy side, it definitely bats above its weight when it comes to outdoor communal space. Large groups are welcome to spread out and enjoy the vibrant spaces shared throughout Prescott market. If you’d like to inquire about your group for indoor space, just shoot us an email at jon@almanacbeer.com and we’ll get you sorted!

Want to reserve a table or two within the Clubhouse for your group? We offer table reservations at a rate of $100 per table as a beverage minimum. No time limit! Meaning, we simply track your group’s total tab, and should you be under the minimum at the end of your reservation, our staff will kindly sell you a gift card for the remainder. Reservations can be requested by emailing jon@almanacbeer.com .

The Clubhouse is proud to serve fresh baked empanadas from Javi’s Cooking, as well as Bavarian Pretzels from Nisi’s Craft Bakery.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the food mecca that is the Prescott Market and pair a literal smorgasbord of cuisines with Almanac beverages. Pizza with your True Lager? Check. Burgers, Fries, and a Seaside West Coast IPA? Yup. Tacos & Buenas Vibras Mexican Lager? Got you there, too.

The Clubhouse is available for private event bookings via this form. Due to our small but mighty stature, space is limited to groups of 80 or less.

Got a large party planned? Consider hopping over the tube and exploring our massive venue in Alameda, where we have the flexibility to accommodate parties of all sizes.

Parking in West Oakland has never been easier. The Prescott Market has a private, gated, and guarded parking lot on the East side of the building. You’ll find the gate on Peralta Street, right by the corner on 18th.

While we offer 15+ rotating house made craft beers on tap at any given time, our menu goes way beyond just beer! Almanac is proud to serve a rotating menu of guest wines, ciders, and non-alcoholic options. We even have house-made slushies (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and even warm/spiced beverages in the winter-time! Our menu can be found here, and is updated weekly.

We are proud of our extensive donation program which supports a range of organizations. Due to the significant commitments already in place, we are not currently accepting new donation requests.
